Although Adobe Macromedia Dreamweaver would be the choice of most web developers, it's costly. If you're searching for an open-source solution, You might consider Nvu or Komposer. Nvu is a WYSIWYG web editor that was designed to be easy to use and does not require extensive knowledge of html or CSS to use.
