What can you expect in terms of user technology? Will they have the fastest Internet connection and newest computer. Or, are they likely to have an old computer with a dial-up connection?
Create a typical technology profile. Consider:
- Operating System
- Browser
- Monitor size and screen resolution
- Connection speed
Test on either side of this profile.
