Dr. Mancall teaches classes in three areas: the instructional role of the information specialist, collection development, and collection management.
Research Interests Include: the delivery of information services to children and adolescents; the design of library collections and services for user groups based on studies of their communication behavior; and the application of survey methodology and statistical analysis to collection planning and management.
