Winter is our favorite time of year to hike in Fishcreek Cove. We’d heard that the waterfall had been dry since monsoon season, so we thought we’d check it out.

The Egyptian Temple is a butte along the Capitol Reef National Park scenic drive. After celebrating Thanksgiving with pumpkin pie and Larry’s birthday with cake, we needed to get outside for some hiking.
