Dr. Phillip M. Turner is the Vice Provost for Learning Enhancement and Professor, School of Library and Information Sciences, University of North Texas.

Research Interests Include: The instructional consultation role of the school library media specialist, human factors and the acquisition of visual information, and the impact of information and telecommunication technologies on higher education.
