SparkSquad: Fun with Dairy

From milking a goat to making dairy products in the kitchen, 4-H youth are learning about our heritage of dairy animals, milk and cheese. Thanks to USU Extension Agent GaeLynn Peterson for the photos and coordinating the 4-H program. Also thanks to Dianna Poulton and her helpers Kristy & John Donnell… and we can’t forget to thank the goats named Don’t and Doesn’t Really Matter.
